white water trip update

Hi everyone,

Before the trip next Tuesday, I will need updated health forms for all of the girls. I will also need a permission form for each girl. I have attached both. Please fill them out and email them back to me or bring them with you on Tuesday.

 

There are a couple  changes to the itinerary. Alyssa has a marching band conflict so we will not be able to make the trip. Instead of meeting at my house, you will meet at the Girl Scout Hut at 8am Tuesday morning. Return time will be around 8pm at the hut. Any girls that aren't accompanied by a parent will call home when they are about 30 minutes away. Each girl will receive a refillable souvenir cup($0.99 to fill), plus $20 voucher to spend on food and/or souvenirs.

 

Hopefully the rain will stay away, and this will be a great trip!
