While creating a new bucket it throws "An unknown error occurred. Please try again". Besides if I try to use a domain name after getting it verified it results in the same error message.

Hello-

Providing some more details would be helpful in diagnosing your problem. For instance, what tool are you using to create the bucket? If you are not using gsutil, can you try using gsutil? What is the name of the bucket you're creating? Have you gone through the domain verification steps? Have you set up billing on your account? Keep in mind that since late last year, Google Storage has been charging for network bandwidth, and so if you signed up for Google Storage recently, you should expect to have to set up billing before your account will function properly.
