How do I upload only newly added / updated files ?

gsutil cp -R * gs://bucket
Some local files got added / updated.
gsutil cp -R * gs://bucket - but upload only newly added / updated files.

Is this possible ?

Hi Anjanesh,

gsutil does not currently have a sync command. You could use the gsutil cp -n option, which will only copy newly added files. However, that won't update older objects with newer copies from the files being copied.

Consider using CloudBerry Backup http://www.cloudberrylab.com/backup this product will automatically upload new and modified files to Google Cloud Storage for you
