How many bytes in a GB for Google Storage?

On the pricing page (http://code.google.com/apis/storage/docs/
overview.html#pricing) it shows a cost per GB. I wanted to confirm
that Google is using 1,000,000,000 bytes per GB (per Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigabyte) and not the 1024-based
approach.
