I’m not an expert but I am online and have had this problem myself. Does the fault return if cleared? If not I wouldn’t worry about it. If it persists, it’s worth running the real time diagnostic in the engine management section and checking the voltage both with engine stopped and started, to check battery and charging voltage.
As I understand it the ABS is very sensitive to slightly low voltages.
I occasionally get the ABS light on but it clears with a restart and is due, I think, to a low battery voltage (the battery is not very good – R1200GS 2006). I don’t worry about it and it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

In general - that sort of fault means your battery is on it's way out.
