I KNOW others can answer this better than me :-)
I personally would not worry at all!
It says
"This problem occurend once"
It is not a "present" fault, so unless you have problems with your bike ...  try forget it :-)
--------
That specific sort of fault will is not a serious problem.
If the same fault pop up again, just try disconnect the plug from the temp sensor and put it back.
It CAN be caused by a bad (coroded connector)

Bonjour

Merci
François

I’ll translate to English for this guy, since Google Translator is not my best friend.

Hello,

I own a R1200GSA2007 without problems and the bike runs fine.

This error didn’t show up until I started using GS-911 version 121.5 (I suppose he means version 1211.5).

My GS is equipped with an accelerator module that fools the intake temperature sensor.

I thank you for your answer and excuse myself for my bad English.

Thank you,

François

I have no experience myself with these intake temperature modifying devices, but I suppose they could generate an error code that can safely be ignored if the bike runs fine.

Anyone who has experience with this stuff, please comment.

Best,

Jos

Hi Francois,

I also equipped my R1200R with an accelerator module that fools the intake temperature sensor.
When you use your GS-911 and run it in real time mode, you can see outside temperature and air intake temperature.
Because you "fool" your ECU, the air intake will probably show a much lower value (20 to 30 degrees lower)  then the outside temperature.
When problem only occured once, please reset the fault code, it will do no harm.
When you disconnect this air intake sensor connector for a short moment, it will log a new fault code in the ECU.

regards,
Ted
