JMO's Impact Factor increased from 1.935 to 4.139 in the 2020 Journal Citation Reports* with the journal's Citescore also increasing from 2.3 to 3.6.

Submissions have also increased, with 2020 seeing a 19% increase on articles from 2019, with submissions received from 69 different countries.
