Iam new to CIsco / CUCM and am trying to find some details on a specific phone number / ext. I have CDR enabled, but that along with the other reports I run are not showing any detailed data. I need more specifically to see how many times a day a phone number is being called. Is there not a simple way to view this information? I also have RTMT installed and cannot find a way to get this information within there either. I am sure I am missing something but I don't know what. Does anyone know what I am missing? Any help would be VERY greatly appreciated. This is very important I get this information and I cannot for the life of me find a way to get it. I am using version 10.5.1 if that helps. Thank you in advance!
The external phone number mask is a directory number (DN) configuration attribute. The external phone number mask is leveraged in call routing to manipulate the internal directory number to digits that can be routed over the PSTN. The external phone number mask is configured on the Directory Number configuration page in CUCM Administration. The use of the external phone number mask is enabled in the route list detail calling party number digit manipulations. The external phone number mask can also be leveraged at the route pattern, translation pattern, calling party transformation pattern, and hunt pilot configurations. Automated alternate routing (AAR) uses the external phone number mask to change the internal dial plan into a PSTN-routable dial plan when rerouting intersite calls from the WAN to the PSTN. The external phone number mask of the first DN of the phone is also used for the following functions:
Figure 11-5 displays the configuration option that is normally used at the route list detail level. The Calling Party Transformations section includes a check box to use the calling party's external phone number mask for the calling party presentation on the PSTN. This same option can be seen in various call-routing configuration elements.

We have a large spreadsheet of available numbers with associated Externals Masks beside it, but a portion are wrong. I'm looking for a way to get external mask from the call manager without relying on the spreadsheet of numbers. It would then be added to the External Mask Field when creating a DN for that number.
Looking through route plan report, I can search through translation patterns for the external numbers, but cannot search by the new translation/internal numbers. This makes finding the internal given external feasible, but not the other way around.
As a followup question, is there some way search for translation patterns that match a given number, or to check what the final internal number of an external incoming call would be without test calling it?
Single Number reach is part of the Mobile connection application in CUCM, this feature provides system users with the ability to be reached via a single enterprise number that rings not only their desk phone but also any number of remote destinations simultaneously.
Step 28: depending on your user's needs you can configure the timer information to tune it for specific needs, but I would suggest leaving the timer information to the default settings unless the user needs something special.
