Need software professional for the following skill sets (Experience: 2 to 12 years); Location: Chennai/Bangalore for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Please share your references in this regard.

   1. C#.Net (Developers, Senior Developers, Technical Lead/Architect)

·         Strong Experience in .Net Framework 4.0 and above.

·         Experience in C#.Net, LINQ and .Net Parallels.

·         Experience in working WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).

·         Experience in WPF, Windows forms, Silverlight and Enterprise Libraries is preferred.

·         Hands-on experience in MVC 3.0 and above is added advantage.

·         Hands-on experience on at least one of these - KendoUI, K2 Workflow, Corticon,  or BizTalk Server 2013.

·         Experience in SQL Server 2008\2012 is mandatory. Should be able to write complex stored procedures and functions. Optimize long running queries using tuning advisor and Execution plan.

·         Good to have: Hands-on experience in SSIS and SSRS; and also in any of the reporting tools experience like Crystal reports, Active reports is plus

 

    2. Automation Testing QTP (Testers, Sr Testers, Test Lead)

·         Hands- on experience with automation testing using QTP

·         Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Watir, QTP, QA Wizard or other widely-used test automation tool

·         Hands on experience working with ALM/Quality center tool

·        s Advanced skills with test plan design procedures; developing test cases; understanding of process automation procedures; understanding on established tools, techniques, and technologies

·         Learn and execute SQL queries to verify updates in the Database; Working knowledge of  SQL & any scripting language (C/C++/Java /VB / Shell / Perl / awk) is desirable
Good team player and excellent communication skills

·         Good to have healthcare experience payer domain

 

    3. Healthcare Business Analyst (Domain)

·         Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications

·         Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management.

·         Formulate and define system scope and objectives.

·         Applying knowledge of Healthcare Payer’s business processes and US Healthcare industry standards.

·         Apply extensive knowledge of US healthcare business and industry processes to develop requirements specifications as per market standards.

·         Development of test plans, test cases and documentation.

·         Reviews and assists with business design

·         Assists with testing validation and prepares the post implementation test plan and

·         Data Modeling

·         Participate in the elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.

·         Produce visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.

·         Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.

 

  4. Scrum Masters for C#.Net agile projects

·         Experience in the approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc

·         Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

·         Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team

·         Scrum Master certification (PSM I & II, CSM ) is mandatory

·         Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team

·         Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)

·         Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc

·     Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs,etc)
