[Grub4dos-devel] grub4dos freezes when showing main menu

Hi,

I have been testing the later versions of grub4dos and have noticed that
versions later than 2007-08-10 seems to have random lock ups on a
number of different machines. I have tried it on a few different Dell
machines and IBM machines.
Grub4dos starts fine and then shows the main menu (menu.lst), but it
freezes there.
I am currently use 2007-08-10 and it seems quite stable at the moment
(with the exception of the A20 gate issue on the certain IBM machines
as previously mentioned).

It also looks like development has stopped there. I haven't seen any
versions later than 2007-08-27 - is the development on pause?

2007-08-10 also seems to freeze randomly apparently.
I'll post more info when I know more.

Hi,

Tried the 2007-10-12 to 2007-10-16 versions - no freezing there on IBM T60's.
2007-10-17 though freezes right away before showing the menu.lst.
