Shall we open negotiations for the October meeting?

I'm going to throw the 26th out there, even though I won't be able to make it on that date.

The 26th sounds good to me! I'll finally be done with my umpiring by then... still thinking about the coffee shop again?  How'd that work out for everyone?

26th works, but not sure I like the idea of having a meeting without
someone who knows what they're doing quite well. If someone else has
some really awesome expertise within this, then let's do it.
Otherwise, I say let's find a date when we can work with someone that
can tell us what we're doing wrong when we need to ask, versus trying
to remember any/all questions for a follow-up meeting in November.

As for the location, awesome location.

I am pretty skilled with picking overall... and I understand the theory/mechanics behind it.  Never really had to teach etc... My experience with teaching and what not is limited to basically what happens in the lockpick villages at different cons.  It would be cool though to have a more skilled person there.

I'm not really referring to a teacher, per say, just someone that can
go "Oh, if you try this pick, and do this, and this, it might be
easier for you". If you're handy and skillful, then you may just be
what we need, or at least what I'd like.

That's what we did last time, and it worked well enough - at least it
seemed to.

Other's thoughts?

OK, how's this. The 26th isn't going to work out for me at all. How do y'all feel about Wed Nov 2nd?
