Come Celebrate 10 Years of IndyPy!
Hello,
We would like to invite you and your members to join us.
On April 11th, 2017 IndyPy will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special meetup. Join us as we share our best IndyPy memories with a night of food, beer, cake, music, and fun. We will even enjoy a special (adult-only) Silly Safari performance with a real life python!!
When the Indianapolis Python User Group (IndyPy - http://www.indypy.org) was founded, back in 2007, it was just 4 people meeting at a restaurant to talk about Python. Now the group has 950+ registered members and it's still growing! (Nearly 34% in the past year alone!) Each month, 50-70 people flock to the Speak Easy in Broad Ripple for our monthly meeting, andThe monthly meetups regularly attract 50-70 people while the quarterly Pythology events draw Python enthusiasts from the entire Midwest with attendees coming as far Nashville, TN, Columbus, OH and Danville, IL. The group is on track for reaching the 1,000 member mark in 2017.
So, come celebrate 10 years of Python in Indiana:
