Using Graph to represent ontologies

Hi,

I'm wondering if I can use Graph to model ontology concepts and develop customized algorithms upon them ?

Hi,

Of course you can. I suggest you to take a look at the work of the "Wimmics" team at Inria. I use (or used?) Grph for this very purpose.
