Clone doesn't work if any property has been changed

Grph grph = new InMemoryGrph("bla", true, DIRECTION.in_out);
grph.clone();

This throws a nullpointer exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
at grph.Grph.clone(Grph.java:2380)

Also is your repository online (e.g. on GitHub) , such that others can contribute?
