I have a PR waiting for review to add armv7 support for the xamarin.ios libraries (https://github.com/grpc/grpc/pull/18324). In the meantime, I was hoping to rebuild the native library using the updated build_native_ext_for_ios.sh, but it doesn't produce a libgrpc.a with all the necessary symbols (missing ssl symbols, etc.) compared to the one I can find in a Grpc.Core nuget. (The libgrpc_csharp_ext.a has all necessary symbols.)

Is there a way for me to rebuild libgrpc.a for xamarin.ios to include all the necessary symbols?
