grpc-java users: Netty meetup, May 3rd in SF

I'll be presenting at the Netty meetup on May 3rd in San Francisco about API lessons learned with HTTP/2 in Netty.

There's been discussions in the past about mixing grpc-java with other Netty Handlers on the same Netty Channel. The talk discusses the Netty changes we're making to make that possible and takeaways for your own Handlers.
