We made a gRPC GUI Client

For those interested in gRPCs - myself and a couple of developer friends put together a gRPC GUI client! Here are some details.

- It's written in TS, aimed at Javascript denizens interested in gRPCs and looking for an easier way to dabble and test.

- We have compiled binaries, courtesy of Electron.

- It has basic functionality. There's a long way to go, but you can configure messages and mock basic requests.
