gRPC Core 1.4.0 Released

gRPC Core 1.4.0 is out.

This extends to C++, Python, PHP, C# and Objective C.

Node.js  will follow shortly: it's going over its own extended release process. Node.js will go directly from 1.3.9 to 1.4.1 in the following days.

Refer to the release notes for details on what's new for each language.

The language-specific packages are available on the respective package managers as usual.
