gPRC: Python server and web client (TypeScript)

I have built a little Python gRPC server and am now trying to build a client that runs in Vite for the web in TypeScript.

There is a similar thread here, but the poster did not respond to say if they had solved the problem.

I have used grpc-web and protobuf-ts, but there were significant problems with both of them.

Has anyone managed to get this combination working?

Could you clarify what are the issues you're seeing with both?

If you can post a issue in grpc-web repo, with you code examples and Envoy config (assuming that's what you're using), you'd have a better chance getting some support from the community.

Like what's mentioned in the previous thread you linked, Node and Python GRPC server should in theory be interchangeable as far as grpc-web is concerned, as long as Envoy is configured correctly.
