[C++] setting max connections

Hi,

Using version 1.4.2.

I see GRPC_ARG_MAX_CONCURRENT_STREAMS option to limit concurrent streams per connection. Is there an option available(I did not find any) or planned to be introduced in the future that would allow for setting max connections on server. Any new incoming connection request would be rejected.

We don't have an option for limiting max connections on a server. If it will be needed, please file a feature request at https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues.
