Completion Queue (cq) protection

Hi,

I was taking a look at the example below.

Here one thread access completion queue on the receive side & different thread write on the completion queue.

Does the api user has to acquire locks in order to avoid race conditions ?

Looking at the code it looks like grpc infra will take care of protection but wanted to confirm the same.

Please let me know.
