PHP grpc and protobuf YUM packages

Hello,

We are currently installing grpc and protobuf via YUM with the packages php56-php-pecl-grpc and php56-php-pecl-protobuf on CentOS 7. However, when a new release comes out, the old versions are removed from the YUM repo. I was wondering if there was a way to get these old packages again. We would like to pin down our versions.
