Now that OpenCensus+gRPC has been officially announced, is there a list of all the metrics and traces measured by the gRPC runtime?

You can see the list of exported metrics at each language-specific integration library/package.

If you enable OpenCensus, all RPCs are going to be traced depending on the sampling rate. You can tweak the sampling rate via the OpenCensus tracing libraries.
