grpc-web and MS Edge

So I have been using Grpc-web (1.05) for a while in an app that I am still developing. My primary browser for development is Chrome. The app uses the React stack, TS and Grpc generated code that produces the .d.ts typings as well as JS code.

Tried to run my app on MS Edge today for the first time and I'm getting a server connection right away ('Http response at 400 or 500 level"). I can connect / make calls in Chrome. But not Edge.

Any ideas?

Is there an error in the developer console (or equivalent)?

Nothing.

Weird thing is I installed Fiddler 4 and had that running and tried to login again with Edge. It works !

I checked the console log in Edge and I did see this after a successful call to my Grpc server.

SEC7139: [CORS] The origin 'http://localhost:3000' used the maximum Access-Control-Max-Age value of '1728000' as the provided value exceeded this for a cross-origin request to 'http://172.16.0.168:8090/WanderAPI.BackendService/LogIn'.
