CompletionQueue and AsyncNext's TIMEOUT

Hi,

I'm trying to process an AsyncNext's TIMEOUT with a ClientAsyncReader and can't determine the proper way to handle it. I can't seem to call a Finish() after receiving a TIMEOUT - I block forever and don't get any status back. What state are things in after receiving a TIMEOUT? What can or can't I do afterwards - it's not clear from the documentation that there should be different behavior after I've received a timeout. I have some code that exercises this:

and I end up blocking waiting for status after I receive a TIMEOUT.

Any help understanding the semantics of AsyncNext would be great! Thanks
