gRPC 1.42 & Protobuf 3.18.1 - causing mem leak - C++

I was analyzing my library to find the performance of the gRPC & Protobuf and found the below memory leak. Can you anyone confirm do we have any memory leak on this version? and mitigation steps to avoid it?
