textual description in HealthCheckResponse

Hi

HealthCheckResponse includes a ServingStatus field, but lacks a textual description field. I find it useful to know why a server is not serving. What do you think about adding it? or if not, I'd love to know if you've found some way to provide that info without needing to create additional dedicated service.

Normally the health checks are used by automated probers/health-checkers so the description is not needed there. I can see use-cases where the description is useful. The doc https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/doc/health-checking.md provides the context for the current proto and the actual proto is https://github.com/grpc/grpc-proto/blob/master/grpc/health/v1/health.proto .

You may consider making a proposal and a contribution to add your enhancement.
