Have scenario where I need to run a Grpc Server application module  instance which should possess more than port number to handle different client requests. Is it possible?

Depending on the language being used, the Server object instance may be able to listen on multiple ports. But even in the languages where it can't, you can just create multiple Server instances to listen on multiple ports. So there should be no issue here. If you mention which language you are using, then we could provide a more detailed response.
