gRPC Project Steering Committee 2025 Election is Opening Tomorrow

Hello everyone!

The Steering Committee nomination period has concluded and we have received 7 nominations:

• Mark Roth (Google)

• Antoine Tollenaere (Datadog)

• April Kyle Nassi (Google)

• Jung-Yu (Gina) Yeh (Google)

• Kevin Nilson (Google)

• Craig Tiller (Google)

• Nupur Kothari (Google)

The next stage in the election process is voting. Anyone holding status as a Maintainer at any point during the voting period (2025-08-01 through 2025-08-06) will be eligible to vote.

Maintainers, to vote please fill out this ballot. The election will be held using a Condorcet ranking using the IRV method. Rank each candidate from 1 to 7, with 1 being the most preferred and 7 being the least preferred. Each rank can be applied to at most 1 candidate. Rankings may be omitted for any number of candidates if desired.

Only votes associated with the emails of current Maintainers will be counted. If you are a Maintainer and you are having trouble with the ballot, please contact me directly via email at rbel...@google.com.
