gRFC A22: Add optional GSSAPI authentication support

This RFC proposes adding GSSAPI authentication support alongside the existing ones for OAuth etc. To avoid adding a hard dependency, the support would only exist if configured at compile-time, otherwise only a stub implementation would exist. All feedback is welcome!
