Logs not showing

Hi,
I have enabled all logs at the debug level, but some of the logs simply do not show up - I wonder what could be the reason. I know that the gpr_log function is getting called because an assert in the next line fails...
Has there been any problem with missing log lines?

A little clarification - the log function IS GETTING CALLED. I put attached a gdb to the process and looked at the messages being passed to gpr_log.
Has anyone run into this?

did you enable the logging?
