publish dynamic port

Hi,
  
i am using grpc1.4.0 on windows.

I would like to establish P2P connection (client-server). Server binds to a
dynamic port and client should be familiar with the port number in order to
connect to it.
What is best way to publish the port number to the client?

You'll need some way to rendezvous the two.   Typically the way to do this is just use a well know port number.  Otherwise you'll need a third party to record the ports, and tell new clients.

For larger setups, you can use Zookeeper, though I haven't personally used it.
