gRPC Studio : A modern UI for gRPC

Hi all,

We recently open-sourced gRPC Studio, a modern UI and explorer for gRPC services.

Some of the features include:

• Shareable requests
• Searchable forms generated from protobuf schemas
• Authentication plugins
• WebSocket-based streaming support
• Kubernetes-ready deployment via Helm charts

A special thanks to the Buf libraries, which helped us remove a significant amount of custom code.
