Growlmail doesn't have a "Do not check for updates" option

Hello,

Growlmail only has two options for checking for updates: weekly & monthly. Often, it's the entropy of unneeded updates that causes problems on a system. A good rule of thumb for me has been "if it ain't broke don't fix it" and I prefer to check for updates when software stops working and not the other way around. I would like to propose a "manual/never" option.
