Growlmail 1.3.5 and OS X 10.8.2

I have GrowlMail 1.3.5, Growl 2.0.1 installed on OS X 10.8.2 running mail 6.2. The GrowlMail preference pane never shows and GrowlMail doesnt function. Any guesses?

its writing the values that tell Mail to use plugins into a file that mail no longer references, this will be fixed in 1.3.6.
