Support for Locale/Tasker

It would be very nice if this application had support for Locale/Tasker so that I can create a Task when I want to receive notifications and when not. The easiest way to do this would be over a Locale plugin which simply enables and disables the growl service. If no one finds the time for this I am willing to do the modificationy myself and commit the code.
