Growl Version Detective 1.2.2 and changing framework of app

I have the new version detective 1.2.2 and I have an app called iCleanMemory which has framework 1.3 I clicked on it to change the framework to the latest and nothing happened other than the must quit dialog showing. I selected quit as usual and the framework never changed or the program reload. Any ideas?
