Growl 2.0 shows no notifications at all ML 10.8.2 on MBA and iMac

On ML 10.8.2 I see no notifications at all on my MBA. In notifications under system preferences in ML I can not see Growl for the MBA. I can see this on my iMac but both machines do not show any notifications.

I have setup Growl to push notifications to OSX.

Can someone help me out?
