I had to stop using Growl 1.3 due to it consuming all my CPU. I have not upgraded to 1.4 as I read the CPU problem has not been solved. So I have my App store telling me I have an update (v 1.4) which I ignore. When v2.0 comes out what will I see here, both? And can I go directly to 2.0? Details would be appreciated.

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of
its users. When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across
platforms and devices. However, many devices are excluded access to Web

It's the same as any other application in the app store, you'll see the most up to date on the store.
