GrowlMail Update Error in Mac mail version 5.3 - Running Growl 2.0.1 on a Mac OS X 10.7.5

Hello,
I am really hoping someone can help me fix the error message I keep getting every time I start up Mac mail version 5.3. It is becoming a broken circle and I'm not sure how or where to fix it. 

When I start up mac mail a pop up notification comes up telling me that I have the following update:

When I click "Install Update" it looks like it's going threw the update process and when it has finished it shows:

Once the "Install and Relaunch" button is clicked another window opens up and I get the following error message:

When I cancel the update GrowlMail seems to still be operating correctly, but the next time I start up mac mail I will get this same notification to update with the same error message at the end.  I've tried going into the Growl application to see if I could locate how to updated it that way but haven't had any luck...

Please Help!

The fix for that one (I had it to) it to manually download the update and install it
