There are some apps listed as registered that don't work and others that were registered before but are not now. Do apps have to be upgraded to work with Growl 2.0??

They need to use at least 1.2.3 of the growl framework for notification to work w/ Growl 1.3+ and version 2.0 for the click to go from notification to app
