Growl 1.3.1 on MBA 2011

I had 1.2.2, i downloaded the uninstaller and ran it.  Uninstallation said it was successful.

I then downloaded 1.3.1 from the Mac Appstore and installed it.  It doesn't show up in Preferences like before, but it does in my Menu Bar.  Ive configured Twitter and MSN messenger but neither work.  Nothing ever pops up...

I activated Adium to work with Growl and it seems to work fine.  So its just the Twitter app which isn't working with Growl!

Twitter has preferences to enable Growl support. :)

Growl is now an application by the way.
