Error 404 - Growl 1.2.2 link dead

The link to some of the older versions on the official site is dead (url http://growl.googlecode.com/files/Growl-1.2.2.dmg). Is there another link anywhere to 1.2.2 ?

Also the link to the uninstaller is dead (url http://growl.googlecode.com/files/Uninstall%20Growl.zip).
