I'm finishing a new webkit style and need to change the close button, or make it invisible. Is it possible?

Thanks

People need to be able to close the notification if it's sticky. If you make it invisible, then you are actually impeding on the usability of Growl. Please don't do that. I appreciate design as much as the next person, but don't do it to sacrifice people actually being able to do something that is necessary.

Regarding changing the look, take a look at other displays out there. The one from Ryan Collins changes it a bit I believe (I could be wrong). Look here: http://www.ryancollins.me/?p=92

Making the button invisible is just a workaround in case styling is not possible.
If one makes the button invisible and places a fake button on the interface, everything works as expected.

I think black glass just got rid of the cose button (I don't know how) and created a fake button with no functionality.

Clicking on the notification closes it so it has the same effect except when the click is supposed to trigger some action.

nope, the close button is definitely still there. i'm watching the
drop shadow for it appear and disappear as i mouse in and out of the
notification.

it seems -webkit-perspective: 750 is being used to draw on top of the close button.

I just don't understand how it is possible since rudy says the close button is not html but cocoa..
