Hi, I'm an Italian Developer,
and I can help Growl Project translating it in Italian language.
How can I translate it?

Bye,

I think you have to wait the next build?
The first localization pack was released, and you're a bit late
Please check out with Chris or Evan for the next update details and be
ready for that :)

Also, take a read in the messages cause the nibs are now optimized and
cannot get changed.
Its good to see you here, take my greetings

See you,
Marcos

Guys, this is why we have a mailing list, so you aren't dependent
upon just myself or Evan.

For this release, I'm hoping that Brian can handle localizations.

How we're going to handle this is as follows. 1.1.2 absolutely needs
to go out ASAP, so we're going to have a very short beta period. The
time period we had given for 1.1.2, will go for 1.1.3 instead. So at
the end of October, we're going to start beta'ing 1.1.3 (this
timeline may slip).

The beta period will be as long as it needs to be to address every
single localization that you guys can give us. If someone comes to us
the day before we plan to release 1.1.3 and says they need a week to
add a localization, we'll give them that week. This is the fairest
way possible to do this. I will put my foot down if we go past
Christmas, to give you guys some sense of how long we'll let this go.

The reason we would want to do this within a beta period is that
strings should be frozen within a beta period. That way we don't
screw you guys and force you all to translate a small, or large,
amount of new strings with a limited period of time. I don't believe
in wasting people's time, so this would help everyone if we had a
singular point in which localizations would be acceptable. A beta
version is very much what we need for that.

Does this all make sense? If not, I can expand on any point if you
guys need me to.

Chris
