New-member moderation turned back on

The spammers are back, so I've just turned the “Messages from new members are moderated” option back on. Until further notice, anyone who joins the group is going to need to wait for one of the moderators (probably Chris or myself) to approve their first few messages.

If you send something to the group and it doesn't show up right away, please don't try sending it again right away. It's probably waiting for approval. If it's not spam and it still hasn't gone through after a day, then you should try again.

In order to help improve response time, I would like to see if we can
add 3-5 more people to the list of people who can approve moderated
emails. If you are interested, please contact Peter and myself
directly. Do not email this thread (no need for the extra email noise
going out to everyone)
