Default notification theme

There are lot of themes but there are no simple and generally aesthetic to use as default. Can anyone here write a theme which will implement the following qualities:

• Rectangular area (without fancy ledges) with anti-aliased rounded borders and configurable opacity;
• Simple switching to black, gray and white themes;
  
• Configurable position of notifications (top, bottom; left, right); 
  
• Text lines number limiter / text and title length limiters;
  
• Doesn't hides notification and becomes non-transparent while hovered (and without use of some original effects);
  
• Selectable hide/show animation;
  
• Correctly displays images with opacity (and maybe animations though it's not necessary).

Somehow I think such theme will be the most popular. ;)
