Not able to access the Growl screen on windows 10 VM

to growl for windows

Hi, I Installed Growl 2.0.9 on my VM running windows 10. The installation required to install .NET 2.0 framework first. So I installed .NET and then Growl, do far so good. After the installation I click on the Growl icon on my desktop and a message shows up saying: "Growl is running". However I cannot access the Growl screen to change the setting. Any help? thank you
