Can't install RSS feed addon, win10?

Danger: Noob warning.
I just installed growl for windows, figured I'd use it to keep track of some rss notifications.
It installs and seems to run fine (I get the startup "growl is running" notification just fine.) But when I install the feed app (http://www.growlforwindows.com/gfw/subscribers/feed), it doesn't seem to show up in the applications list.
I figure I'm missing something fundamental, but can't for the life of me figure out what it is.
Any ideas?
