"Light" version for Windows 10 that only skins notifications?

The present Win10 notifications blow massive chunks. Because Win10 has most of Growl's functionality baked-in, something that uses Growl's notification skins and whose only sole purpose is to intercept and redirect notifications so they may use a different notification style would be nice.
